The best way for a school to pay their Total Registration invoice is to mail a check to the address on the invoice.

Schools can reprint their invoice when logged into TR account under Account => Billing Details.
Total Registration can accept a payment via credit/debit card if that is the only way the school can pay, there will, however, be an additional 4% added for payments made by a card. Please email Support@TotalRegistration.net for directions if you wish to pay an invoice via a card.
