I changed information in my profile. Why is it not reflected on the form? PDF Print E-mail

Some information on your registration form is automatically transferred to your registration site and other information is manually created by Total Registration.  Information that is manually created must be hand edited by us.  If you changed something in your profile but it is not reflected on your registration form/confirmation pages please email us.  The information that currently needs to be edited manually is:

  • Information you requested for us to collect from the students (Desired Fields)
  • Pre-admin information
  • Exams and teacher names

The information that is automatically obtained from your profile is:

  • School name 
  • The form header text
  • The confirmation header text
  • Contact person and related information
  • Deadlines (begin date, end date, late fee date)
  • Exam Fee
  • Late Fee
  • Type of late fee
