You can find the URL to your form in your profile on the contact info page (My Profile, while logged in).  There are actually two addresses to the form. 

• The first is the address you should publicize, you must login to view your url*. This one has some programming that gives students additional instructions if they come to it before registration begins or after the registration deadline.
• The second address, you must login to view your url*, bypasses the programming and takes students directly to the form.  This is useful after the registration deadline if you would like a few stragglers to register.  We suggest that you use this address on an as needed basis and do not advertise it.

*These addresses will only be in your profile after we have created your registration form.  Until that time they do not exist or work.
