How do I enter payment information? PDF Print E-mail

All of the information collected from the registration form is entered in a database.  You can access this information from the "My Report Center" on the "User Menu" (you must be logged in to see this menu).  There are three ways to enter payment:

  • If you have a large number of payments to enter and your data is alphabetized by student's last name use the "Batch Payment Entry" form found in the AP Report Center.  This method is by far the fastest as you do not need to open and close a window for each payment.  We strongly recommend using this method.  This method gives you the option of displaying all students or only those with a payment discrepancy.
  • In "AP Report Center", you can click on "Enter Payment Information".  This will open a search menu that will ask for a last name.  Enter the student's name and then you will be taken to a form that allows you to enter the amount of payment.  This method is the best when initially entering payment and your data is not alphabetized.
  • The third is to run the "Discrepancy Report " found under the "Misc. Reports" in the AP Report Center.  This method is useful when entering payments that are received later.
